Huit ans dans des institutions genevoises : les HUG, l'Hospice Général, la BCGE. Des environnements exigeants, réglementés, où chaque chiffre engage une décision et où l'approximation n'est pas une option.
À l'Hospice Général, j'ai conçu et piloté le suivi analytique de 3 200 bénéficiaires dans un ERP avec des délais légaux non négociables. J'ai construit les tableaux de bord RH, les schémas d'emplois, les indicateurs d'absentéisme et de turnover. Et j'ai appliqué un test statistique qui a évité trois mois de recrutement injustifié, confirmé dans les faits.
Aux HUG, j'ai produit des rapports d'aide à la décision institutionnelle : calculs ETP, comparaisons inter-services, études de faisabilité. Des analyses qui ont été intégrées, pas seulement lues.
Tireur de précision formé à l'armée suisse, je retrouve dans l'analyse de données la même discipline : chaque variable compte, chaque hypothèse doit être testée, chaque résultat doit pouvoir se défendre devant n'importe quelle commission.
Sous l'enseigne DAG — Data Alpha Gamma, je publie des analyses sur des sujets d'intérêt collectif : recettes fiscales genevoises, transports publics. Avec une approche en deux niveaux : accessible au grand public, et une lecture approfondie à destination des élus et décideurs institutionnels. Pas pour faire du bruit. Pour apporter de la valeur là où elle est utile.

Eight years in Geneva's public institutions: the HUG, the Hospice Général, the BCGE. Demanding, regulated environments where every figure commits a decision and approximation is not an option.
At the Hospice Général, I designed and ran the analytical tracking of 3,200 beneficiaries in an ERP with non-negotiable legal deadlines. I built the HR dashboards, staffing plans, and absenteeism and turnover indicators. And I applied a statistical test that prevented three months of unjustified hiring, confirmed by the facts.
At the HUG, I produced institutional decision-support reports: FTE calculations, inter-service comparisons, feasibility studies. Analyses that were acted upon, not just read.
A precision shooter trained by the Swiss Army, I bring the same discipline to data: every variable matters, every assumption must be tested, every result must hold up to scrutiny before any committee.
Under the DAG — Data Alpha Gamma label, I publish analyses on topics of collective interest: Geneva's fiscal revenues, public transport. With a two-tier approach: accessible to the general public, and a deeper reading for elected officials and institutional decision-makers. Not to make noise. To bring value where it matters.

Hospice Général'de, bağlayıcı yasal sürelerle bir ERP sisteminde 3.200 yararlanıcının analitik takibini tasarladıp yönettim. İK gösterge tablolarını, kadro planlarını, devamsızlık ve işgücü devir oranı göstergelerini oluşturdum. Ve olgularla doğrulanan, üç aylık gereksiz işe alımı önleyen istatistiksel bir test uyguladım.
HUG'da kurumsal karar destek raporları ürettim: FTE hesaplamaları, birimlerarası karşılaştırmalar, fizibilite çalışmaları. Sadece okunmakla kalmayıp uygulanan analizler.
İsviçre Ordusu'nda yetiştirilen bir nişancı olarak aynı disiplini veriye uygularım: her değişken önemlidir, her varsayım test edilmeli, her sonuç herhangi bir komisyon önünde savunulabilir olmalıdır.

Acht Jahre in Genfer öffentlichen Institutionen: die HUG, das Hospice Général, die BCGE. Anspruchsvolle, regulierte Umgebungen, in denen jede Zahl eine Entscheidung trägt und Näherungswerte keine Option sind.
Beim Hospice Général habe ich das analytische Tracking von 3.200 Begünstigten in einem ERP mit nicht verhandelbaren gesetzlichen Fristen konzipiert und geleitet. Ich baute die HR-Dashboards, Stellenpläne sowie Abwesenheits- und Fluktuationsindikatoren auf. Und ich wendete einen statistischen Test an, der drei Monate ungerechtfertigte Einstellungen verhinderte, später durch die Realität bestätigt.
Bei den HUG erstellte ich institutionelle Entscheidungsgrundlagen: FTE-Berechnungen, abteilungsübergreifende Vergleiche, Machbarkeitsstudien. Analysen, die nicht nur gelesen, sondern umgesetzt wurden.
Als beim Schweizer Militär ausgebildeter Präzisionsschütze bringe ich dieselbe Disziplin in die Datenanalyse: Jede Variable zählt, jede Annahme muss getestet, jedes Ergebnis vor jeder Kommission verteidigt werden können.
